Julie Zuckerberg is a US Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruitment Leader who works for the Deutsche Bank and lives in the Greater New York City Area. Julie studied at the City University of New York-Brooklyn College where she majored in philosophy. After graduation from school she began working as a Director of Candidate Placement with Hudson where she worked from 2002 to 2007 finding lawyers and legal workers for the Hudson agency including attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and support staff for various law agencies around the area including temporary and permanent positions. Julie also taught employee counseling, coaching, and conflict resolution courses to help employees learn how to conduct themselves in the legal business.
After “cutting her chops” Julie moved on to be the Vice President, Executive Recruiter, NA Professional & Executive Recruitment worker at Citi where she worked from 2007 to 2013. Julie now advised not only law workers, but also senior business advisors within the Citi business and developed negotiations of complex job offers including equity buyouts, claw backs, deferred awards, relocations, and immigration in collaboration with other areas of the human resource departments.
After Julie Zuckerberg gained experience working with senior-level management she moved on to work with the New York Life Insurance Company as the Experienced Hire Recruiting Leader for a short 4-month stint in 2013-2014 before settling into her current position at Deutsche Bank as the US Talent Acquisition, Executive Recruitment Leader.
Julie Zuckerberg now manages the counsel leadership executive committees and helps encourage good hiring practices as well as ensuring that the company is able to attract top talent and also that they are getting diverse clients so they are ensuring that they are tapping in to the various skills of a very wide range of people. She is also responsible for driving and executing the company’s strategies and ensuring that business relationships, contract governance, negotiations of terms, and ongoing performance assessments are evaluated and improved over time. She also focuses on maintaining a diverse workforce of people who can execute the company’s strategy and manages the talent brokering for her business as well.
When Julie Zuckerberg is not busy leading large corporations that do business worldwide she enjoys doing any sort of physical activity that is not work-related. This includes jogging through the streets of New York City where she lives and also going out and finding new, healthy cuisines at local restaurants. Julie also enjoys volunteering for empowering organizations that help focus on environmental conservation or animal welfare to name a few of her nearest and dearest causes. Julie also enjoys spending time campaigning and speaking up about how all humans have equal rights, and helping companies who run campaigns of that sort.
